HYDROFORCE TEXAS

Built to Handle the Pressure.

HydroForce Texas came to us with a logo packed with detail — a pressure washer, water spray, Texas pride, multiple colors and plenty of small elements that all had to translate cleanly across different apparel.

For the hats, the artwork was converted into a detailed embroidery file totaling nearly 17,000 stitches. Test sew-outs allowed us to dial in the registration, color separation and small details before moving into production on several hat styles and color combinations.

For the shirts, we took a different approach. DTF transfers allowed us to preserve the finer details, sharp lines and full-color character of the original artwork while producing a clean, durable finish on the garments.

Same brand. Two different processes. Each chosen specifically for the product it was going on.

From the first test sew-out to the finished hats and packaged apparel, every piece was produced with one goal — make HydroForce Texas look as strong in the field as it does on the screen.

Embroidery where thread works best. DTF where detail matters. No one-size-fits-all approach.

Wrenched by hand. Sewn with Soul.
